  1. Chatbots for enquiries and internal help

    What it does
    Answers common questions from enquirers or staff, using only information you have approved, and hands over to a person when it cannot help.
    Example use
    An agency website chatbot that answers questions about a listing and passes a viewing request to an agent to confirm.
    How it is delivered
    We agree what it may answer and from which sources, build and test it with your team, then review the first weeks of conversations with you.

  2. Document processing

    What it does
    Reads the documents people send you and pulls out the fields you need, ready for a person to check before anything is saved.
    Example use
    Extracting names, ID numbers and addresses from FICA documents, or dates and amounts from lease paperwork, into the client record.
    How it is delivered
    We start from a sample of your documents, agree the fields, and set up a review screen where a person confirms each extraction.

  3. Email generation and importing

    What it does
    Captures incoming mail into the right record in your system and drafts replies to routine messages.
    Example use
    A buyer's enquiry saved against the listing it is about, with a drafted reply waiting for the agent to edit and send.
    How it is delivered
    Connected to your mailbox with the access you approve. Drafts stay drafts: a person reads, edits and presses send.

  4. Workflow automation across connected systems

    What it does
    Moves information between the systems you use and runs the steps in the right order, with every run logged.
    Example use
    When a mandate is signed: create the listing, assign the agent, request the photographer and let the principal know.
    How it is delivered
    We map the steps with you, build it, run it alongside the manual process until you trust it, then switch over.

People in control

AI drafts. A person approves.

AI is good at a first draft and at reading documents quickly. It is not good at knowing when it is wrong. So in everything we build, the AI prepares and a person decides.

A drafted reply waits for someone to read and send it. An extracted field waits for someone to confirm it. A chatbot hands over to a person when a question falls outside what you have approved. And every step is written to the log, so you can see what the system did and who approved it.

Where your data goes.

Not every automation uses AI. A workflow that moves information between your systems by fixed rules does not need an outside AI provider at all.

The parts that do use AI may send content to an external model provider: the text of a question a chatbot answers, the document being read, or the email a reply is drafted for. Where an AI feature uses an external model provider, the content you submit may be processed outside South Africa. We tell you which providers we use and process only on your instruction.

We do not claim that your data never leaves South Africa. Before we build, we set out which fields would be sent, to which provider and why, so you can decide. We send only what the task needs.
