Who is responsible for what
Your firm decides why and how your clients' personal information is processed, and the legal obligations stay with you. In South Africa, POPIA calls this the responsible party.
Stridman processes that information only on your instruction, for the purpose you engaged us for, under a written agreement (POPIA's operator). Data-protection laws elsewhere use similar roles; we agree ours in your contract.
