How this is worked out

Hours per week = users × searching hours + reporting hours = 8 × 2 + 4 = 20

Monthly cost = hours per week × hourly cost × 52 ÷ 12

Yearly cost = monthly cost × 12

Monthly saving = monthly cost × share saved

Payback in months = setup fee ÷ (monthly saving − monthly fee)

Methodology

  1. Weekly hours

    Users × hours each spends searching per week, plus the agency's weekly hours on manual reporting.

  2. Monthly cost

    Weekly hours × average hourly cost × 52 ÷ 12. Yearly cost is the monthly cost × 12.

  3. Estimated saving

    Monthly cost × the share of that time you expect a CRM to save. No system removes all of it.

  4. Setup payback

    Setup fee ÷ (monthly saving − monthly subscription). Only shown when the saving is larger than the subscription.
